Those who love art will be happy to know that in San Gimignano there is a Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art, part of the Civic Museums of San Gimignano and located inside the ancient monastery of Santa Chiara. The exhibition is dedicated to the Milanese painter Raffaele De Grada, who lived between 1885 and 1957. In addition to the many works by the painter, there are also paintings by other renowned artists: Guttuso, Cannicci, Nespolo and Gastini, just to name a few.
